An enormous Herring gull....

     .....has just stolen my gardening glove from the middle of the back lawn!
      Unfortunately it was a plastic one, if he swallows that, it will be the end of him, but he was far too quick for me to stop him.
    The dog was asleep on my feet and never even saw the bird....maybe not....he knows just how big they are, and welcome to take any glove he fancies...
